The Three Boys and the Chewy Gooey Licorice
The three boys, Bobby, Bailey and Bertie were hungry! They were not impressed with the snack Mom set out. They wanted licorice from the pantry shelf instead. Ohhh, drat! It was too high to reach. They tried to jump, climb, and even hold their sister for ransom, but had no luck. Will they have to eat the carrot sticks after all? This delightful rhyming story was created from a true happening in the author’s household. It will appeal to all hungry, licorice-loving kids!
